Terms of Service This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establishes the terms and conditions for the use of the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Decnt Shares Pte Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Article 1 (Application) These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Service. The Company may establish rules, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") in addition to these Terms in relation to the Service. Regardless of their name, these Individual Provisions shall constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and the Individual Provisions under the preceding paragraph, unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions, the provisions of the Individual Provisions shall take precedence. Article 2 (User Registration) In the Service, a person who wishes to register shall apply for registration by agreeing to these Terms and following the method specified by the Company, and the registration shall be completed when the Company notifies the applicant of its approval. The Company may not approve the registration application if it determines that the applicant falls under any of the following reasons, and shall not be obliged to disclose the reason for such non-approval. - If false information is provided during the registration application - If the applicant has violated these Terms in the past - If the Company deems the registration application to be inappropriate for any other reason Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password) Users shall be responsible for managing their user IDs and passwords at their own risk. Users may not transfer or lend their user IDs or passwords to third parties or share them with third parties under any circumstances. If a combination of a user ID and password matches the registration information and is logged in, the Company shall deem it to be used by the user who registered the user ID. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the unauthorized use of user IDs and passwords by third parties, except in cases where there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company. Article 4 (Sales Contract) In the Service, a sales contract shall be deemed concluded when a User applies to the Company for purchase and the Company notifies the User of its acceptance of the application. Ownership of the product shall be transferred to the User when the Company delivers the product to the delivery company. The Company may terminate the sales contract without prior notice to the User if the User falls under any of the following reasons: - If the User has violated these Terms - If the product cannot be delivered due to an unknown delivery destination or long absence - If the trust relationship between the Company and the User has been damaged for any other reason The payment method, delivery method, cancellation method of purchase applications, or return method regarding the Service shall be determined separately by the Company. Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights) The copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the content provided by the Service, such as product photos and other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content"), belong to the Company, content providers, etc., and Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise use them without permission. Article 6 (Prohibited Acts) Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service: - Acts that violate laws or public order and morals - Acts related to criminal activities - Acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service - Acts that disrupt or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or networks - Commercial use of information obtained through the Service - Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services - Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access - Collection or accumulation of personal information of other users - Acts of impersonating other users - Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Company's services - Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company Article 7 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.) The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the provision of the Service without prior notice to the User if it determines that any of the following reasons exist: - When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system for the Service - In the event of force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters making it difficult to provide the Service - If the computer or communication line, etc., is stopped due to an accident - If the Company deems it difficult to provide the Service for any other reason The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User or a third party as a result of the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.
